彭蓓，德国海德堡大学音乐学博士。曾任德国奥登堡大学聘任讲师，2021年起就职于北京师范大学人文和社会科学高等研究院，2025年德国亥姆霍兹国家研究中心联合会客座研究员。研究方向为音乐理论和音乐史、音乐哲学、国际汉学。《阿多诺选集》副主编、《霍耐特选集》编委，四川人民出版社《星丛文集》编委会成员，德国 Brill 出版社丛书“Digital and Environmental Asia: New Directions in Historical Humanities”编委会成员德国国家研究学会Koselleck-Projekt项目客座研究员，参与欧盟世界音乐文化遗产保护项目DISMARC，曾获得德国汉高基金会、DAAD、EWE-OLD、拜罗伊特国际青年艺术家奖学金等多个奖项，德国音乐学协会成员、德国音乐教育协会成员、欧洲中国哲学学会会员。发表中英德文论文二十余篇。主持国家社科基金外译项目一项、省级社科项目一项，云冈研究院“院藏世界乐器的整理与研究”、还参加国家级省级项目4项。出版翻译多本德语译著。
